Fabulous Fall Bulbs

Our gardens are filled with colour now, however jump ahead to next spring….. and we’ll be aching for color. One of the easiest ways to bring color to an early spring garden is with fall bulbs. It’s as simple as digging a hole and dropping your bulbs in. After a long winter of cold temperatures and little color, your blooming bulbs will be the most welcoming sight!

Choose your bulbs

Our selection is the best you’ll find! This season, we’ll stock over 70 tulip varieties alone! We also carry hardy favourites like daffodil, grape hyacinth, crocus and more. Pictured here is one of our absolute favourites, Allium, which we get hundreds of request for in spring. But the bulbs can only be planted in fall, and we always sell out, so get them now!

Dig your hole

A basic rule of thumb is to plant bulbs at 3X the height of the bulb.  Place your bulbs into the hole. Add a handful of bonemeal. This will slowly breakdown over winter, then offer up valuable nutrients as bulbs grow and bloom.

Water and Wait! Water in your bulbs, then wait for the early days of spring, when your yard will be the envy of the neighbours!
Check out our Fall Bulb photo album for some inspiring photos of early spring colour that is sure to get you planting!
